The Sauk Valley Predators is a semi-pro basketball team that is a part of the PBL(Professional Basketball League) and we are beginning our 2nd season. The Sauk Valley Predators is based out of the Sauk Valley area and play our home games at Sterling High School. At the Sauk Valley Predator’s home games, there is fun and excitement for the entire family. The Predator’s goal is to bring high intensity, fast paced and rim-shaking experience. At the games not only will you see great basketball, you will experience fun and exciting activities, like sumo wrestling, basketball races, a chance to win $100, $50, furniture set or even a gift certificate for $500. The Predator Organization likes to involve themselves in the community. We have a Reading Club program, sponsored by CGH Medical Center, where we give bookmarks to all elementary schools that sign up, and when the elementary child reaches the goal the teacher gives them, that child will receive 1 Free Game ticket to a home game. We also have an Honor Roll Program, sponsored by CGH Medical Center, that local schools can sign up for, where every student in Junior High and High School who are on the Honor Roll will receive a voucher for 1 Free ticket to a home game.

Predators host Playoff Semifinals Game 1

The Sauk Valley Predators will be hosting Playoff Semifinals Game 1 in Sterling, Illinois. The Predators will be taking on the Rochester Razorsharks in the 1st round of the best of 3 series on Friday, May 31 @7pm. The Sauk Valley Predators will then travel to Rochester, NY for Game 2 of this series. The winner of this series will then take on the winner of Bloomington Flex vs Indiana Diesel best of 3 series. All Predator Season Passes will be honored for the 1st Round Game 1 @ Homer Musgrove Fieldhouse in Sterling, Illinois. Playoff tickets are available for purchase at the ticket booth on May 31st,2013. Doors open at 6pm, tip off at 7pm.
